Discover the marshes of Isla Mayor, just 45 minutes from Seville by boat and in the heart of the Doñana National Park.

This experience can be enjoyed for a few days during the month of August and from the end of May until September when the rice fields are at their best, but it will always depend on the weather.

It will be a total immersion in the middle of nature among rice fields and biodiversity of fauna and flora. You will walk through the rice fields with the appropriate boots and you will see how the American crab is raised, which will be tasted during the culinary experience.

But it is not only about tasting the most local and autochthonous dishes of the area, but also about understanding how these rice plantations were created, their origin, the legacy of those Valencian settlers who came from the Valencian Albufera to Isla Mayor; and how today the mixture between both cultures endures. That is why we taste dishes originally from Valencia but with an Andalusian touch. Without forgetting the natural environment and its fauna, flamingos, birds, crabs,...

The person accompanying the traveler is a local expert who feels, works and promotes her land, agriculture and its idiosyncrasy around the world, highlighting the origin of each of the key pieces in this journey, starting with the enclave, the environment, the hand of the farmer, the craftsman who weaves the nets to catch the crabs, the cook who makes the paella with freshly harvested local products, the producer, and so on through each of the links in the chain to create the final product.
