Cadiz

Marine farm. Centenary deforestation.

An authentic, relaxed and rustic experience in a natural and protected marine environment. A perfect combination between knowing, admiring and tasting fish and other seafood in the most traditional way in new privileged facilities in the Natural Park of the Bay of Cadiz.

During the visit you will receive a guided and detailed explanation of the functioning of a traditional estuary, its history and cultural heritage, the biodiversity of the place, its flora and fauna, as well as its usable resources.

We will learn about and, if necessary, witness the technique of "despesque" and discover a traditional marine farm of Cadiz and French oysters, after which we will be offered some excellent appetizers of salt tasting of these products.

Optionally you can enjoy a traditional salt lunch, served on a tile as it was done in the old days, with a wine pairing of the area and cavas and champagnes.


