The world of bluefin tuna.

After the welcome to the group, depending on the date of the event, the group will be transferred to the port of Barbate where we will take a private boat for the group, with experienced crew, heading towards the area of the Barbate trap to learn about its operation (display only in May and partial June), breeding process and what is the art of fishing the "levantada" and a "ronqueo" if necessary.

During the navigation while we enjoy some paired appetizers, we will visit the area of Barbate cliffs and other places of interest according to each client to visualize the natural enclave, beaches and if possible on that day, cetaceans. take baths in the sea in places of spectacular natural beauty or if desired, traditional fishing.

After our navigation, we will dock at the port of Barbate (in case it is not the lifting season or the same is not available, it will take place in Cadiz capital) and accompanied by a host we will go to a fusion cuisine restaurant to taste an exclusive menu created for the group, based on bluefin tuna tuna in which we will explain the different uses and endless possibilities of this product along with a pairing of exception.


