Llegar a Cádiz y conocer su historia marítima dando el paseo más auténtico para conocer el Cádiz real, descubriendo su gran pasado y cómo ello influyó en su gastronomía.

Daremos la bienvenida a nuestros invitados en el punto de encuentro acordado, e iniciaremos una visita peatonal de la ciudad, con guía privado para descubrir sus antiguas historias de misterio, ultramar, amoríos de piconeras y franceses y su singular patrimonio y mercado, donde nos detendremos en el producto local, especialmente en el pescado y el marisco fresco.

Conocida la materia prima, comenzamos una extraordinaria ruta de tapeo por antiguas y nuevas tabernas donde conocer el proceso del “velo de flor”, seña de identidad del vino generoso, y disfrutaremos de su costumbrista arte mientras sus propietarios nos transmiten unos sencillos tips que nos vendrán de perlas en cualquier cena con amigos.

Entrados en la cultura local, nos acercaremos para tapear en un auténtico “Almacenito o Ultramarinos” (tabernas más clásicas de tradición almacenista). Anécdotas, historia, autenticidad. Ambiente de moda. La socialización está en el aire. Nos acomodaremos en la barra, disfrutando de la autenticidad del desparpajo gaditano y dando un paso más, los codiciados churros… ¿porqué no?.


