The Alpujarras Route is a private experience in one of the most beautiful, quiet and relaxing corners of the world, taking us to Berber villages in southern Europe, where the Moorish and Castilian repopulation legacy is still alive. This road linking Almeria with Granada through the Alpujarra is one of the most varied and surprising routes in Europe. Its fascinating landscape of orchards planted with vegetables and fruit trees is mixed with chestnut, oak and holm oak trees. Most of it is within the Sierra Nevada National Park. The millenary irrigation ditches that collect water from the Sierra Nevada irrigate the orchards of our landscape as in the past. Its unique architecture with its steep streets, dotted with the typical terraos and tinaos alpujarreños, chimneys with sombrerito and its fountains and sinks will not leave anyone indifferent.
